David Johnson, Transition PDX

Thanks to all who attended Sunday's Transition event in Waimanalo at Olomana Gardens. We began with a tour of the site by our host Glenn Martinez followed by a delicious potluck lunch. Then our special guest David Johnson from Transition US and Transition PDX (Portland, OR) gave a talk on the origins of the Transition movement and offered insights on the variety of ways that Transition initiatives can gather momentum. Thanks so much to both David and Glenn! Next up a free permaculture movie on May 17.
