| Guest Presentation Cycling and cycling infrastructure like bike lanes, trails, and a bike share program will be significant component of a more convivial, less carbon-intensive Hawaii in the years ahead. We will have a brief guest presentation by Travis Counsell, project manager for Hawaii Bicycling League's Walk-Bike-Drive Education program, about HBL's work and what's ahead for Oahu cycling. |
